Furniture shall be maintained in good repair and safe condition. The facility was found to be out of compliance by evidence of a bouncer present in the facility during today's inspection.

7 | LPA Dillon immediately addressed the baby bouncer with the Director. The Director removed the baby bouncer during today's inspection. The Director will send the bouncer home today. The Director shall submit a letter of understanding, outlining how this will be avoided in the future by the POC date.
