13 | On 12/07/2022 at 09:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susy Cervantes, met with licensee, Maria Meneses-Alcatara, to deliver complaint findings. Present was licensee with 3 children in care: 2 preschool and 1 infant.
Based on LPAs observations and interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. However, the allegation is not a violation of licensing regulations, therefore no deficiencies will be cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed in Spanish with licensee, Maria Meneses-Alcantara. |
