Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Cortney Nelson, met with Site Director, Lanie Choi, and explained purpose of visit, to continue Required- 1 Year inspection conducted on 7/25/2022. Upon arrival, LPA was admitted into the facility by staff member, Andrea Rocha, and there were 7 infants and 2 staff (1 teacher/ 1 assistant) present which is compliant with the license capacity and ratio requirements. LPA waited for Site Director to complete tour with prospective parent before continuing annual inspection.

LPA reviewed report and deficiencies from 7/25/2022 for infant component with Site Director.

LPA additionally provided training on how to associate and transfer prints on Guardian with Site Director. During demonstration, LPA associated one staff member who was not associated to the facility during previous inspection. LPA provided link for video tutorials on Guardian to Site Director and HR Representative.

During todays inspection, LPA received documents to clear deficiencies that were cited on 7/25/2022. LPA observed required posting from previous inspection posted with report (LIC809). LPA discussed proper Criminal Record Statement (LIC508) with Site Director for staff files.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Director, Lanie Choi.

As a result of today’s inspection, no deficiencies were cited.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
