On 7/10/24 at 11:02am, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sydney Sims . At 11:30am the home was toured inside and outside. The licensees were supervising 12 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are Garage, bedrooms 1-2, Bathrooms 1-2, dining room and kitchen and were made inaccessible by door lock. The children use the back yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There were no pools or other bodies of water observed in the yard.

Six children's records were reviewed at 11:13am. Two staff records were reviewed at 11:23am. There are currently Four adults living in the home.

The following deficiencies were cited: During children's record review at 11:13am LPA observed that Licensee has not been documenting 15 minute safe sleep checks. While touring the facility at 11:30am LPA observed the fire drill log's latest drill was 8/31/24 which is over the 6 month due date. (see LIC 809D):
