On 08/21/25 at 12:27pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sydney Sims conducted an unannounced complaint inspection, and met with Director Niki Bull. It was alleged that Staff do not ensure that facility classrooms are kept clean, specifically that, the classrooms are not being cleaned at the end of the day and food is left on the ground overnight.

The Director was interviewed on 08/21/25 at 11:32am and denied the allegation and stated that the classrooms get swept and mopped multiple times throughout the day and at the end of the day and that no food is left on the ground.

Two staff (S1 – S2) were interviewed on 08/21/25 and stated that the classrooms gets cleaned everyday and that there is not food left on the ground, unless there was a small amount of food that was not seen.

LPA Sims observed submitted evidence that small amounts of food were on the ground of the facility classroom.

During the visit on 8/21/25 LPA Sims observed the floors to be cleaned and did not observe any food on the ground.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.

During today’s inspection, the facility was toured and LPA Sims observed 14 children in care.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Niki Bull . Appeal rights were provided.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
