Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Nicolette Cunningham made a case management Inspection as a follow for the deficiency that was cited on 02/13/25; where the Licensee was cited for failing to ensure an adult (Staff 2) received criminal record clearance. LPA reviewed the facility roster and noted that Staff 2 is fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility. During today's inspection, LPA confirmed all care providers had a fingerprint clearance. This report was discussed and reviewed with the licensee. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.

Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's inspection.

There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights were provided.
