25 | A prelicensing inspection was conducted today at 9:58 am by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Bianca Mendez. LPA met with applicant representative Taylor Burris. The applicant/licensee is requesting a license for a capacity of 8. The facility will operate Monday-Friday, 7:45 am to 5:15pm. The residence is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath single story home. There are 2 adults and 2 minors currently living in the home.
The home and yard were toured, and the facility sketch was verified. The following areas will be off limits to children: 1 bedroom and laundry room. These areas have been made inaccessible by means of door knob covers. Poisons are locked in outdoor shed. The home is equipped with a working smoke detector and fire extinguisher rated at least 2A10BC. The children will use the front yard as the outdoor play area and the property is fenced the applicant understands that constant supervision must be provided while children are outside. There is no pool, spa, pond, fountain, or any other body of water on the premises.
