An unannounced case management inspection was conducted today at 9:00 am by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Nicolette Cunningham. On October 18.2024, Child Development Service Manager submitted a facility sketch and request to add outdoor space located immediately next to the EHS classroom and space located immediately off of the preschool classroom. LPA toured and photographed the two outdoor play areas. A construction crew is currently installing fencing and completing the sandbox. The site supervisor stated they will e-mail LPA Cunningham photographs of the completed play yard.

All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.
