25 | On May 19, 2023 at approximately 11:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cunningham made an unannounced inspection as a follow-up for the deficiency that was cited on 04/19/23; where the Licensee was cited a Type A deficiency for allowing a staff member to work without a criminal record clearance.
During today’s inspection, LPA observed seven staff working with children in care. A review of the facility roster indicated all seven staff have a criminal record clearance and are associated to the facility license. This report was discussed and reviewed with the licensee. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Appeal rights were provided.
