Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with licensee, Penny Bowers and Director, Aly Bowers who have decided to end the toddler program on September 26, 2022.
The program does not have the enrollment to support the program. The toddler areas will change to a traditional preschool age program. There will be no change of capacity.

The licensee will provide the department with a shared outdoor waiver request for the preschool and school age programs.

The licensee has completed an LIC200A and an updated facility sketch with the change and which will become effective on 9/26/22.
