On 11/05/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Yesenia Fierro and Joseph Pacheco conducted a Case Management inspection that was initiated by licensee. LPAs met with Director, Consuelo Centeno. LPAs conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside. The purpose for the inspection was to remeasure the preschool play area, which includes the large outdoor playground between classroom 1 and classroom 3 and the outdoor space behind classroom 3. The total outside square footage measured 5679 square feet, which includes the space behind classroom 3, which will accommodate a total of 68 preschool children. The total square footage behind classroom 3 measured 568 square feet, which accommodates 7 children.

LPAs observed adequate toys and age-appropriate equipment. The play structure has a manufacturer label that states the equipment is designed for children ages 2 to 5 years old which is appropriate for the preschool children. Playground equipment is in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. LPAs observed adequate shade available in the outdoor activity area with a large shade coverings and trees.

The outdoor play area has been approved for use effective today, 11/5/2024,



Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Director Connie Consuelo was provided a copy of appeal rights. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
