On 6/12/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Xona Xayavong conducted an unannounced complaint inspection and met with Director Laura Marquez. LPA explained that the purpose of today’s inspection was to deliver findings for the above allegations.

Through the investigation, observations and review of video footages revealed that staff maintained supervision while providing care to children in care. LPA observed staff actively monitoring the children by following their movements and scanning the areas where children were present.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid. There is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations that staff are not preventing day care child from biting other day care children and staff did not provide adequate supervision to day care children are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
