On July 22, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) C Brannon met with Jewelee Hotchkiss-Lemus, Director II and Center Supervisor, Guillermina Ramirez-James. The purpose of today's inspection was to measure the preschool classroom. Licensee, Stanislaus County Office of Education, installed an interior wall to separate the lobby area from the preschool classroom.

Approximate inside measurements of 973 square feet were taken during today's inspection. LPA reviewed measurement with Jewelee Hotchkiss-Lemus. Outside measurements were not taken due to no changes have been made to the outside play area. The inside square footage will meet the capacity of 25 preschool children.

A fire clearance was conducted on 7/12/22 for capacity of 25 preschool children. .

Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Center Director, Guillermina Ramirez-James. POC/Appeal Rights were given and discussed during today’s inspection. A copy of this report needs to be placed in facility file for public review. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board for 30 days.
