On 05/14/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Yesenia Fierro met with Director, Miriam Padilla for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. LPA explained the reason for the inspection.

During todays’ visit LPA continued with staff interviews for a compliant and conducted classroom observations.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Miriam Padilla . This report is to be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit to be posted for 30 day.
