On 08/21/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Yesenia Fierro and Miguel Herrera conducted an Announced Case Management-Other visit. During today’s visit, LPAs met with Director, Miriam Padilla. The reason for the Case Management visit is to conduct a staff training and clear a Plan of Correction (POC).

During today’s Case Management visit LPAs conducted a staff training, the following was discussed.

· Personal Rights

· Care and Supervision

· Mandated Reporter responsibilities

· Exclusion

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency has been cited during today’s visit. Director was provided a copy of appeal rights.



A notice of site visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. This report shall be made available to the public upon request.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Miriam Padilla.
