25 | On November 7, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brannon met with Director, Jessica Ramsey. LPA observed 28 napping preschool children in two different rooms with two aides. There was adequate staff on site to cover if a child woke and did not want to rest on mat. The purpose of today's inspection is to ensure facility is in compliance. During today's inspection, LPA toured the facility, inside and outside, took a census, reviewed staff and children's files.
This facility plans to provide Incidental Medical Services – IMS. For IMS information, see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. A Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. LPA and Director, Jessica Ramsey, discussed the Community Care Licensing (CCL) website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to the Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency to be cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted with Director, Jessica Ramsey. A copy of this report needs to be placed in facility file for public review. A Notice of Site Visit was posted on parent board for 30 days.
