On 10/6/22, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Joseph Pacheco and Cynthia Brannon conducted an announced prelicensing inspection. LPAs met with Director, Elisha Hawkins and toured the facility indoors and outdoors. The purpose of the inspection was to follow up on the prelicensing inspection conducted on 9/27/22 to verify that corrections were made.

During today's inspection LPAs observed the following items have been corrected:

Inside Daycare:
1) Purchase indoor water dispenser for Classroom 1
2) Fix electrical outlet cover so hole is removed.
3) Cover light fixtures above crib area in Classroom 1.
4) Replace broken ceiling panel in Classroom 1

Outside Daycare:
1) Replace the one or two missing tiles on the roof.
2) License number to be included on the advertising banner.

Pending a final file review, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for the requested capacity of 12 infant children.
