A second announced pre-licensing inspection was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Norma Lomeli. Met with Spanish-speaking Applicant, Mariana Cendejas. Applicant, her husband and two minor children reside in the home.

The purpose of today's visit is to verify that the following correction requested was made. LPA observed the following today:
  • LPA observed a black rod iron fence barricading the in-ground swimming pool. The gate is self closing/self latching and swings away from the body of water. LPA observed that there are two stone retaining walls that elevate the rod iron fence on two separate areas. The fence in those two areas does not meet Title 22 Regulations.

Pending verification of corrections of the above items and a third prelicensing inspection, licensure as a Small Family Day Care Home capacity of 8 children ages under 18 years will be recommended.
