25 | On 01/13/2025 an unannounced case management-licensee initiated inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Xona Xayavong. LPA met with licensee Claudia Cali. Licensee’s assistant was also present. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. The purpose of today’s inspection was to inspect the daycare bathroom and kitchen that was recently added to the LIC999A - Facility Sketch Floor Plan. LPA obtained a copy of the updated facility sketch floor plan. Licensee stated the construction took place during the facility closure for the holidays and there were no children present.
On today’s inspection, LPA observed that licensee expanded the daycare room and added a kitchen and bathroom inside. The kitchen cabinets had locked latches. LPA observed no hazardous items in the kitchen area. LPA observed a small refrigerator and microwave that was anchored to the wall. LPA observed the daycare bathroom had a working sink and toilet. LPA observed no hazardous items in the bathroom
As of 01/13/2025, the daycare bathroom and kitchen can be used for children in care.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
An exit interview was conducted with licensee Claudia Cali. A copy of this report was provided to the licensee and was reviewed. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. The LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit form is required to be posted for 30 days. |
