On 7/16/24 @ 2:47pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sydney Sims conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of inspecting the new playground equipment. LPA Sims met with Licensee Michelle Blanchard.

LPA Sims toured the play yard and inspected the area where the new play structure is placed. The play structure is age appropriate for the children in care and assembled according to manufacturing guidelines. At the time of inspection, there was rubber bark to absorb falls.

LPA Sims informed Licensee Michelle Blanchard that the play yard is approved. The facility has provided pictures of the installed play structure.

A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
