25 | On 5/5/21 at 3:00 PM, a facility inspection was conducted via tele-inspection due to the current state of emergency regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. This inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sandy Husband in response to an application to add Room C and removed the use of Room D.
This program’s operating hours are 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM, Mon-Fri. The facility was toured inside and outside and the floor and yard plan were verified.
Water is provided both indoor and outdoor via water jugs and cups. The facility has a first aid kit on site in each classroom and outside. Medications are locked in the cabinet. The facility has a fire extinguisher rated at least the 2A10BC along with a working carbon monoxide detector and fire alarm. The fire clearance was approved for 39 preschoolers on 4/7/21. The additional classroom C is being repurposed for preschool use while classroom D is no longer going to be in use, as it will only be used for a staff. Classroom C measured for 27 children for a total indoor measurement of 58 children. The outdoor yard measured for 39 children. The capacity will remain the same at 39 children and only Room C will be added. The current capacity of 39 is approved.
