32 | The licensee opened the refrigerator, and the LPA observed and photographed a variety of food items. The licensee also opened her bedroom door, allowing the LPA to observe and photograph a bed and various women's clothing. The licensee stated that she was doing her personal laundry, and the LPA observed a washer and dryer in use.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
