On 11/26/2024, at 09:00 AM, a Non-Compliance Conference (NCC) was conducted at the Fresno South Regional Child Care Office to discuss violations of Title 22 regulations.

In attendance at this office visit were Director, Blair Vedenoff, Owner, Nina Clancy, Regional Manager Alice Juarez, Licensing Program Manager, Luisa Gavoutian, Licensing Program Analyst, Christopher Burnias, and Licensing Program Analyst Nohemi Sanchez.

During today’s office visit, a copy of the NCC, and LIC 9224 (Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports) were provided to Director.

Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today’s office visit. Exit interview was conducted with Director, Blair Vedenoff, and Owner, Nina Clancy.

A copy of this report is to remain in the facility for public review.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request.
