25 | On August 23, 2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kari McWilliams conducted an unannounced POC visit to clear the deficiency's that were cited during the annual inspection on July 27, 2023. LPA McWilliams met with Licensee Alyssa Ceballos and informed her of the purpose of the inspection. LPA McWilliams toured the facility inside and out and a census was taken.
LPA McWilliams observed that the inside of the classroom had been freshly painted and all of the padding around the play structure had been replaced and is in good repair. The floors of the facility are clean and safe. LPA McWilliams observed that there are no longer spider webs or dust in high areas of the facility. LPA McWilliams observed that the file cabinet with old files has been removed and is now in a secure location.
LPA McWilliams observed that the girls and boys bathrooms have been cleaned and painted. The light switch in the boys bathroom has been replaced and no longer presents a safety issue to the children in care.
During today's inspection LPA McWilliams was able to clear all POC's and observed that there were no hazards to children present.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Alyssa Ceballos. Appeal rights were provided.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days. |
