On March 13, 2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kari McWilliams conducted an unannouced complaint inspection to provide the findings for the above allegation. LPA McWilliams met with Licensee Alyssa Ceballos. LPA McWilliams toured that facility and a census was taken.

During the investigation LPA McWilliams conducted thorough staff interviews, interviewed parents and obtained facility paperwork.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid. There is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted with Licensee Alyssa Ceballos. Notice of Site Visit Form to be posted to parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
