On 05/28/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anita Tristan conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to open and provide findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Director, Alyssa Ceballo. LPA reviewed the allegations, and toured the facility, inside and outside and a census was taken.

During today's investigation, LPA observed classrooms, conducted interviews, reviewed files and obtained documentation.

Based on LPA observations, and information gathered through interviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.

The facility did not have menus posted at least one week in advance in an area accessible for review by the child's authorized representative.

The facility did not provide the quantity necessary to meet the needs of the children’s requirements for meals, for the age group served.

Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, (2) Type B deficiency is to be cited.

Exit interview conducted with Director, Alyssa Ceballo. Plan Of Correction/Appeal Rights were given and discussed.

A Notice of Site Visit was provided and will be posted for 30 days.

This report shall be made available to the public upon request.
