On 01/30/2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Diane Mercado and Denisia Jimenez met with Licensee, Rita Delgado for an unannounced case management inspection. LPAs toured the facility and a census was taken. An Unusual Incident Report was submitted to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Office (CCL) regarding an incident that occurred on 12/23/2022, where child #1 had a seizure while napping. Child #1 returned to care with no restrictions on 12/28/2022.

Based on the information obtained, this appears to be an isolated incident and Licensee took appropriate measures to address the incident and followed appropriate reporting requirements.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.

Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Rita Delgado. This report is to be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit to be posted for 30 day.
