32 | During the investigation, the LPA reviewed the facility roster and conducted interviews with staff and parents. The investigation revealed that, due to inconsistent statements and insufficient information, it could not be proven that the Licensee was operating beyond the terms and conditions of the license. While a review of enrollment records showed that at one point the Licensee had more than four infants enrolled, it was unverifiable whether all enrolled children were present and in care at the same time. Therefore, although the allegation may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. As a result, the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency is cited during today’s visit.
An exit interview was conducted with Gisela Izaguirre and a copy of the report and appeal rights were discussed and issued. A Notice of Site Visit was provided. |
