A license for a large Family Child Care Home is granted effective today, September 22, 2022. The facility is approved to serve a capacity of 12 children (when there is an assistant present) with no more than 4 infants, or up to 14 children with no more than 3 infants, 1 child enrolled in transitional kindergarten or above, and 1 child at least age 6. Infants are children under the age of 2. Without an assistant present, the ratios revert to those for a small Family Child Care Home.
An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Nicole Rager. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today’s inspection. |
