On June 26, 2024, at 12:25 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laura Villanueva conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude investigation for the above allegations. LPA met with Site Supervisor Amanda Aizaguirre and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside with Site Supervisor. LPA observed a total of 16 children under the care and supervision of 4 staff.

LPA interviewed staff and parents. LPA completed file reviews for children and staff. The staff involved in allegations has been employed at the center for 11 years and has not had incidents of handling children inappropriately or any other concerns with her conduct around children. LPA conducted visits on 04/24/2024 and today without observing allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or are invalid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited for today. Appeal Rights
