On 04/12/2024 and 9:55 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Veronica Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the findings of the above-mentioned allegations. LPA met with Lead Teacher Ruth Martin and advised them of the purpose for the inspection. Together with the Lead Teacher LPA toured the facility inside and outside. At the time of inspection there were 44 children and 9 staff members.
The Department received a complaint alleging Staff did not provide adequate supervision to day care children. LPA conducted interviews with the reporting party (RP), staff members, and parents. based interview with staff, RP, record reviews and LPA personal observation there is no sufficient evidence in lack of supervision and care. LPA made 2 unannounced visits and no observation of lack of supervision was observed. LPA interviewed parents and no concerns of supervision was stated parents are very happy with the care of their children. Interviewed Staff regarding complaint and deny any allegations of lack of supervision. LPA reviewed documents showing center is in ratio.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
Notice of site visit was given.
