On August 8, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC). LPA met with Director Rosa Valencia and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 63 children were present.

The allegation of Personal Rights- Staff show(s) inappropriate content to children in care could not be corroborated. According to staff , they have not shown inappropriate content to children in care. LPA reviewed CCC's tablets and observed they did have restrictions. Parent interviews revealed they did not have concerns regarding inappropriate content being shown to children.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Report was reviewed with Director Rosa Valencia. Notice of site visit and appeal right were given.
