32 | LPA reviewed the children sign- in and sign-out sheet. LPA notes, all children present during today’s inspection were signed in with children's arrival and departures along with the authorized representative signature.
LPA and Director toured the outdoor yard for the children. LPA observed the children outdoor yard is enclosed by fencing. LPA observed age-appropriate toys/play equipment in the play area. The toys/play equipment are free of sharp, loose or pointed objects. The outdoor play area also has ample shade created by trees and building overhangs. Filtered water is accessible to children by means of individual water bottles.
Staff and children records were reviewed. The children’s records were complete and found to contain emergency contact information, immunization records as well as other required licensing forms. Staff records were reviewed and current. Director was informed to keep training certifications current and renew certifications prior to expirations.
