On July 28, 2023 at 09:47 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Daniel Venegas and Laura Villanueva conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude the investigation of the above mentioned allegations. LPAs met with director Michelle Aranda, of the above Child Care Center (CCC). LPAs explained the nature of the inspection and toured the facility with the director both interior and exterior of the CCC. There were 2 staff present with 6 children.

Complaint received alleged "Staff were not supervising child at all times; Staff did not meet child's diapering needs". Complaint investigation included two unannounced visits. During these two visits, LPAs did not observe any evidence corroborating the above allegations. LPAs reviewed the diaper changing log. Staff denied the above allegations. Parents interviewed were satisfied with the care and supervision at this facility. On the day of the incident there were two staff present with 6 children.

Although these allegations may have occurred, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations listed above are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. Appeal right given.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
