On November 1, 2021 at 11:30 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Villanueva conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude a complaint investigation. Prior to inspection, LPA Villanueva asked pre screening questions related to COVID 19, Director's response indicates there are no COVID 19 exposures on site. LPA toured the entire center with Director, Michelle C. Wilcox. There were 4 children present with 2 staff during the visit.

A complaint was received on 8/24/21 alleging "Facility is operating out of ratio." The allegation is that 1 toddler room teacher is caring for 5 children all day. The infant program may care for children 0-24 months. The ratio for iinfants is 1 teacher to 4 children. LPA observed 2 teachers to 8 infants on 6/7/21. Today there were 2 teachers and 4 infants. There are 8 children enrolled. Based on staff interviews, parent interviews, and LPA observations the allegation is deemed, "Although these allegations may have occurred, there is not a

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to center Director, Michelle C. Wilcox. No deficiencies cited today.
