13 | On March 6, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC) to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Misbah Saad and Area Director Heather Guerrero and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 78 children present.
The allegation of Personal Rights – Staff grabbed child away from parent without consent from parent could not be corroborated. Interviews with staff revealed there may have been confusion during the drop off due to a temporary drive up drop off line where staff would be signing the children in and walking children to their classrooms. LPA notes, regularly, parents walk children to their classrooms. Review of records revealed parents were notified of the drive up drop off line via email, newsletter and a posting on the classroom of the temporary change to the drop off process.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
