On June 22, 2022 9:39 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Austin Rios conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with director Viktoria Shevkunova and explained the nature and the purpose of the inspection. LPA asked Covid-19 screening questions prior to entering the facility. Director provided LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 10 children in care at the time of the inspection. The department obtained allegations that daycare child is being force fed and daycare child is not fed.

Interviews were conducted with Parents of children in care, as well as staff and LPA reviewed C#1 file and other children enrolled. Parents were interviewed and expressed satisfaction with care and feeding of the children. LPA reviewed feeding plans on file for child#1 and other children enrolled. All children had feeding plans up to date and are being fed adequately. Based on observation as well as parent, and staff, interviews the above allegations are Unsubstantiated.
