On November 13, 2024 at 11:40 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aaliyah Zendejas conducted an unannounced visit to the above mentioned facility (CCC) for the purpose of closing a complaint. LPA met with Director Crystal Lopez and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility with Director, Crystal Lopez. LPA observed a total of 57 students under the care and supervision of 12 staff members.

LPA during visits on October 16, 2024 and November 13, 2024 conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility. LPA viewed areas where mold was prone to grow and did not see any instances of mold growing in the area. LPA during staff interviews also was told that there is cleaning being done in the classrooms constantly to ensure a safe space for children in care. LPA also conducted interviews with parents regarding the facility grounds and mold within the facility, all which stated that they had not seen thing like that at all within the facility.All interviews and LPA observations concluded that they have never witnesses or heard of anything that has to do with the above allegations.
