This is a change in ownership for the previous facility number 566209269 effective 9/8/2022.

On September 8, 2022 at 9:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Austin Rios conducted an unannounced pre-licensing change of ownership inspection. LPA met with Brandy Pohl and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Owner/Director provided LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. The center hours are Monday through Friday 7:45 am – 5:15 PM. There were 15 children in care at the time of the inspection and three staff.

Facility submitted their application for a new license in July 2022. LPA observed required licensing notices posted prominently on the wall. The facility will be using four classrooms for children in care. LPA observed the facility had enough restrooms for the children in care. LPA did not observe hazardous/toxin items accessible to children in care. LPA observed age appropriate toys, activities, and furnishings readily available for children in care. The facility provides a mat for children to use during quiet time if they choose to sleep. LPA observed age appropriate structures and play equipment readily accessible to children in the outdoor area. The facility has ample amount of shade. Children bring their own water, lunch, and snack. Facility also has filtered water here. Fire inspection cleared on 8/10/2022. Facility let parents know of change of ownership on 3/1/2022.

LPA spoke with Owner regarding the current Covid-19 guidelines and Lead Exposure requirements. Currently the facility is following Covid-19 guidelines.
