A case management inspection was conducted Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) S. Mendoza-Ceja and F. Hernandez. The purpose of today's inspection is to evaluate and measure the facility due to alterations to the preschool classrooms and an amended Fire Inspection.

LPAs were escorted through the facility by Paula Henderson and Brandy Pohl. LPAs only measured and evaluated the Early Preschool Classroom and Preschool Classroom located downstairs, and the outside playground area. LPAs observed a large play structure which needs further evaluation in regards to age appropriateness for preschool children.

Based on measurements and evaluation of the Early Preschool and Preschool Class located downstairs meet the requirement for 39 children.

Indoor square footage for Early Preschool Class and Preschool Class meet the requirement for 39 children.
Outdoor square footage meets the requirement for 39 children.
Seven (7) sinks exceeds the requirement for 39 children.
Three (3) toilets exceeds the requirement for 39 children.
Amended Fire Clearance received 10/07/2024 due to changes by the California Legislature pertaining to California Fire Department Codes and was back dated and granted effective 09/27/2024.

Prior to approval the following must be completed:
1) Correct the gaps between the stair walkway to the playground.
2) Correct the gaps near the storage unit on 2 both sides and back of storage unit
3) Further review of the play structure for age range.

An exit interview was conducted. LPAs provided a copy of their Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) and Notice of Site Visit form (LIC 9213). Notice of Site visit must remain posted for 30 days.
