On 05/22/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) German Negrete and Licensing Program Manager Ana Tolentino conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver the findings of the above-mentioned complaint allegation. LPA and LPM met with Assistant Director, Maria Hoskins. At the time of the inspection, LPA observed 11 children and 3 staff members providing care and supervision.

The investigations included reviewing children files, sign in/out sheets of children, and parent interviews of both current and previously enrolled children, as well as LPA observations. LPA also interviewed Licensee, and assistant Director.

Regarding the allegation . Providing care for children outside the licensed age group. LPA interviewed multiple parents. The parent interviews revealed most parents are satisfied with the care and supervision their children receive. Continued LIC9099-C

LPA reviewed children records. LPA reviewed a total of 10 children records. LPA did not find during the review, a child who was outside licensed age group.

LPA conducted Licensee and staff interview. Licensee and staff stated they have not provided child care to children outside the preschool age.

Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.

Exit Interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director Maria Hoskins.

Appeal Rights were provided

Notice of Site Visit were issued and must remain posted in a prominently public area for 30 days.
