The center also provided the information requested by non-custodial parent in accordance with the April 16, 2025, Ventura County Superior Court Order, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and California Education Code 49069.
The non-custodial parent applied for child care services during his visitation time. The center informed non-custodial parent the application for additional days of care did not move forward due to the conduct toward staff that did not meet the center standards for respectful interactions. Following the center decision, non-custodial parent withdrew the application.
Although the allegations may have happened or are invalid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies cited for today. Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) will be posted. The notice shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty. Appeal right given LIC9058.
