Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erwin Tjhia met with Director, Megan Derouchey to deliver findings of the complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. There were 8 children and 4 staff during the visit.

Throughout the investigation, LPA interviewed parents and staff. It was alleged that staff inappropriately handled day care child's bottles and caused them to be spilled. Interview with assistant director (AD) and staff revealed that the bottles were received from the parents during arrival and were put in the fridge right away. The bottles were spilled in the fridge and were noticed by the staff during child’s feeding time. The staff notified the parents and new bottles formula were brought to the facility. The child drank all the bottles throughout the day at the facility.
