During the course of the investigation, LPA Scott conducted interviews with staff, parents and children. LPA also made observations at the facility. It was alleged staff do not ensure children are supervised at all times. Interviews revealed parents were unaware of supervision taking place in the classroom, due to drop offs and pick ups happening at the door. Most parents stated they do not enter the facility.
Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
