Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Erwin Tjhia and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Bettina Engelman met with the Director of Learning Jungle, Briana Esquivel to follow up on an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted to Community Care Licensing on 09/02/2022. During today's visit the facility was toured. There were no school age children present during the visit.

LPA and LPM conducted interviews and reviews records.

A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
