Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erwin Tjhia and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Bettina Engelman met with the Assistant Director of Learning Jungle, Claudia Rogers to follow up on an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted to Community Care Licensing on 09/02/2022. During today's visit the facility was toured. There were 14 school age children present during the visit.

LPA and LPM conducted interviews and reviewed records.

A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
