13 | On 03/10/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lauren Scott and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Chayntel Hunter, met with Director, Chryscena Unangst to deliver the complaint findings.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews and obtained information pertaining to allegation. It was alleged that the construction inside the facility presented a hazard to the children's health and safety and staff did not inform families of mold present inside the facility. Through interviews and documentation received, LPA learned some construction did take place in the school age area, but it was done in a way that did not cause hazards, nor was it determined to be due to mold, therefore no families of school age children needed to be informed.
Based on the information obtained, the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the findings are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
