13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lauren Scott and Elizabeth Santiago met with licensee, Rebekah Reichenbach, to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation regarding the above allegations.
During the course of the investigation, LPA Scott conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to the allegations. It was alleged that staff were handling children in a rough manner, yelling at children and failing to meet the children’s diapering needs. LPA reviewed a diapering schedule and discussed diapering in interviews. LPA received mixed information due to the number of families who had children in diapers. Interviews were conducted regarding discipline policies, including yelling and handling children in a rough manner. Interviews revealed discipline conversations have taken place between most families.
Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. |
